Crowfly uses traffic predictions for the hour you'd be driving to calculate how long it takes to get between jobs. When a customer enters their address, we check whether you can realistically get there given what's already on your schedule.
Yes. Crowfly syncs two-way with Google Calendar. Personal appointments stay blocked so customers only see times when you're truly available. Outlook sync is on the way.
The time slot automatically opens back up for new bookings. No manual schedule juggling required.
Not a full website yet. On any plan you get a booking link and a widget you can embed on a site you already have, so customers book in seconds without calling. A fully branded page with your logo and colors is on the way.
Yes. Every booking includes a manage-link. Customers can view, reschedule, or cancel from it, subject to the window you set in Settings. You decide how many hours before the appointment those changes lock, so no one reschedules or cancels on you at the last minute. You can also turn either one off completely, so customers keep the option you want and call for the other.
You get a booking link and an embeddable widget. Share the link in your Instagram bio, a text, or a QR code, or drop the widget on your own site. Customers pick a service and a real open time, with your drive time already figured in, and confirm. No phone tag.
Yes. The booking flow has a details step where they can attach photos and notes about the job. Both land on the booking, so you know what you're walking into before you pull up.
Yes. A confirmation email goes out the moment they book, and a reminder goes out before the appointment, by text where they've opted in. You don't have to send either one yourself.
You generate sequentially numbered invoices from bookings, add line items and photos, and mark them paid manually. Or let customers pay through Stripe checkout if you're on Standard with your Stripe account connected. Set up Stripe Connect in Settings.
Yes. Specify a deposit amount on any quote. It's part of the customer's approval flow.
Yes. The day view is mobile-first. Open the app and your Next-Up card shows the current job, drive time, and deposit status. The full schedule is one swipe away. No desktop required.
It fires when you tap the button, not automatically. That keeps you in control: if you're running early or late, you tap when you're actually heading out. The text is personalised with the customer's name and your estimated arrival.
Not at all. If you can use a calendar app, you can use Crowfly. Setup takes about five minutes: add your services, set your hours, and share your booking link.
Yes. The dashboard runs in any modern phone browser. No install required to get started. Check your schedule, confirm bookings, and reschedule between jobs from wherever you're working.
Yes. Standard and Pro both start with a 14-day free trial, no credit card required. Set up your schedule in about five minutes and see how it works with your real bookings.
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from Settings; changes take effect on your next billing cycle.
You pay the full yearly amount in one charge. The monthly price shown is that total divided by twelve, so you can compare it with monthly billing. Your plan renews yearly until you cancel. You can choose monthly or annual when you pick your plan.
Yes. Cancel from your account settings, and your subscription stays active through the end of the period you paid for. You won't be charged again. If you're a first-time subscriber, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your first charge by emailing [email protected].
Crew lets you run the day across a small team — shared schedules, per-person drive times, and handing each job to whoever's closest. It's coming soon, and we'll announce it the moment it's ready.
To keep using Crowfly, add a payment method and subscribe to Standard or Pro. The trial doesn't turn into a free plan, and you won't be charged automatically. Everything you set up stays put, so you can subscribe when you're ready and pick up where you left off.
That's the questions. The rest you'll see once it's counting the minutes between your stops.
Free for two weeks, no card. Slow month? Pause it. Done with it? Cancel it. Both from your phone, both in a tap.
