Customer Booking Terms

Crowfly is a scheduling platform used by independent service providers to offer appointments and manage their schedules. Your booking is with the service provider, not with Crowfly. Crowfly facilitates the booking and related communications; the provider is responsible for delivering the service, setting their policies (including cancellation, deposits, and pricing), and managing their relationship with you as a customer.

Crowfly does not currently process payments between customers and providers. Any fees, deposits, or charges are handled directly between you and the provider. If we introduce payment processing in the future, we will update these terms with at least 30 days' notice before that change applies to you.

You agree to provide accurate contact and service information when booking. You may not submit fraudulent bookings or use another person's information without their permission. Providers may have additional booking requirements, policies (such as deposits, cancellation windows, or service-area limits), or eligibility rules — those are set by the provider and are visible at the time of booking.

When you provide a phone number to book through Crowfly, you consent to receive transactional SMS from the provider via Crowfly about that booking — for example, confirmations, reminders, and arrival updates. If you ticked the marketing-messages box when booking, you also consent to receive occasional promotional SMS from that provider. Standard message and data rates may apply.

You can reply STOP to any message to opt out of further SMS from that provider, or HELP for help. Crowfly honors opt-outs automatically.

Cancellation, rescheduling, deposits, and no-show policies are set by the provider. Crowfly's booking flow surfaces those policies at the time of booking; if you have questions about a specific provider's policy, contact the provider directly.

Because your booking is with the provider, disputes about the service itself — quality, fulfillment, pricing, refunds — are between you and the provider to resolve. Crowfly may help facilitate communication but is not a party to the agreement between you and the provider and has no obligation to arbitrate disputes or compel either party to act.

Information you provide through Crowfly's booking flow is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. You can request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information as described there.

Crowfly's booking platform is provided "AS IS" and without warranties of any kind. Crowfly is not liable for a provider's acts, omissions, cancellations, no-shows, or the quality of any service a provider delivers.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CROWFLY WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF CROWFLY. Crowfly's total liability to you arising out of or relating to these terms will not exceed the greater of (a) any fees you paid to Crowfly directly, or (b) one hundred US dollars (USD $100.00).

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify booking-flow users at the time of their next booking.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of these terms will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Marion County, Indiana.
